Many of us know fennel as a garden vegetable- the licorice-flavored bulb is particularly delicious when enjoyed in a salad. Fennel & Mint Vertigo Relief
5 drops fennel
5 drops mint
2 tsp. sweet almond oil
Mix in a rollerball bottle and apply to inside of wrists as needed.
